Meet New Friends & Remove Invasive Ivy at Dickson Woods

Meet New Friends & Remove Invasive Ivy at Dickson Woods

By Greater Victoria Green Team

Overview

Join the Greater Victoria Green Team & Victoria Airport Authority to connect with the community and help the environment! All ages welcome!

We will be removing invasive English ivy from the Dickson Woods forest across from Victoria Airport. This protected area is commonly used as a walking route by locals but is overrun with invasive plants!

This is a great opportunity to meet new people, learn about environmental issues and increase biodiversity :)

This activity will go on rain or shine.
