Members only Annual General Meeting & Trade Show - WIBA Strathcona County

All members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting. The program, including elections for Directors and a special amendment to the bylaws, will start promptly at 4:00pm until 5:00pm, so please arrive on time to support a quorum.

Following the AGM at 5:30pm - 8:00pm, we’re hosting our first-ever Member Business Trade Show at the Ardrossan Recreation Complex…and as a valued member, you’re invited to showcase your business for free. Whether you want to host a table or simply to support your fellow WIBASC Members by browsing their tables, we encourage all members to attend the Trade Show.

Yes, you read that right — complimentary, exhibitor tables exclusively for WIBA members. No fee, no fuss, just an incredible opportunity to put your products, services, and story in front of fellow members and the public.

Event Schedule:
