IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Seating:

Please be advised that all tickets are for GENERAL SEATING in the pews at Melrose United Church or any venue and there are no assigned seats. We do recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance; patrons arriving only shortly before the start time may not be able to find seats of their choice.Please also be advised that parking is limited.

Should you require special seating arrangements (e.g., to accommodate a large group or a wheelchair), please contact the Choral Administrator, Lynda Fraser, by e-mail at bachelgar@gmail.com AT LEAST 24HRS IN ADVANCE.

The box office will open one hour before the concert. If you have a copy of your tickets available at the concert, you can bypass the box office and show them directly to the ushers.

Ticket Refund Policy:

The Bach Elgar Choir cannot issue refunds for returned tickets. If the tickets are returned no less than 48 hours prior to the performance date, you may exchange them for a future concert or donate them to receive a charitable tax receipt.For on-line ticket purchases, the request for refund must be received no less than 48 hours prior to the performance date. A tax receipt for the value of the ticket (exclusive of the ticket convenience fee) will be issued.

In the event of transportation closures or cancelled performances due to weather, fire or other unforeseen circumstances, Bach Elgar Choir will arrange a credit for future concert ticket purchases at no additional charge.
