Mind Matters is a skill-based mental health training initiative developed by Skills for Change to address the growing need for accessible, culturally responsive mental health education. Rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), the program equips participants with practical tools to manage stress, reframe negative thoughts, and build emotional resilience in everyday life.

  • Practice supportive conversations
  • Learn to spot signs of distress
  • Explore self-care tools and supports
