Hey BVC students! Join us for an 8-week Mind Over Mood group, where you will learn to challenge and negative self-talk and anxious thoughts.

Mind Over Mood is for students who are struggling with anxious or depressed thoughts and are ready to take some action to change. This group meets once a week for 8 weeks and will use the book Mind Over Mood to guide change.

Date: Wednesday's February 4th - March 25, 2026

Time: 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Location: In-person S1090

Mind Over Mood will help you:

  • Learn proven, powerful, practical strategies to transform your life.
  • Follow step-by-step plans to overcome depression, anxiety, anger, guilt, and shame.
  • Set doable personal goals and track your progress.
  • Practice your new skills until they become second nature

This is an 8-session group on Wednesday's February 4th - March 25, 2026

Once registered, you will receive a form to complete and be asked to have a short meeting with the facilitator before the group starts.
