Join us in person for an energizing session designed to help you reset your mind and recharge your body. This event is all about finding balance, reducing stress and boosting your overall well-being in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Come meet like-minded folks and walk away feeling refreshed and ready to take on anything!

To ensure a smooth experience and accommodate all participants, attendees will be assigned one of two check-in times:
- Check-in at 1:45 PM → Program ends at 4:00 PM
- Check-in at 2:15 PM → Program ends at 4:30 PM
