Overview
Mindful Miles Walk Club
is a once a month walking club created to build community, make new friends, move with intention, and get outside!
When?
Saturday, February 7th @ 8:00am. We'll begin walking around 8:05am.
This is not about distance or speed, it's about presence. We'll walk around 1-1.5 miles at a relaxed pace. Silence is welcome, conversation is welcome, just come as you are!
After the walk, there will be time to grab coffee nearby at The Dime before I teach a free outdoor yoga class at 9:30am (totally optional). You're welcome to join for the walk only, yoga only, or enjoy the entirety!
Wear comfortable shoes, water, and layers as needed! Bring your friends, kids, family, and dogs on a leash!
