Overview

Mindfulness, sound, and loving kindness; a weekly practice to help you relax before bed. A trauma-informed space to be, just as you are.

What to expect

  • Mindfulness for centering.
  • Loving kindness practice (metta) for compassion.
  • Meditation with breathwork, mantra, affirmations, etc. for deep connection and nourishment.
  • Sound journey with singing bowls, ocean drum, gong, etc. to support rest and integration.

For everyone that wants

  • Gentle support with stress and rest.
  • To practice in the comfort of your own space.
  • Healing power of sound.
  • An allowing space and trauma-informed practice to be, just as you are.

Arrival

  • Meeting room opens 6:45pm

We will start on time to respect the meditative environment and time commitment.

What you’ll need

  • Quality headphones
  • Strong internet connection
  • Quiet and comfortable space to sit or lay down

If you want to use speakers, they need to be quality speakers (do not use built-in computer or phone speakers).
