St Clair Tri-County Staff Training & Development Committee Presents…

Mindful Resilience: Developing the Mindset to Thrive, No Matter What

When faced with difficulty – What’s the difference between people who succeed, and those that struggle? How do we position ourselves better to not only survive – but THRIVE? As we continue to navigate the challenge of a global pandemic – let’s assess where we’re at and what we’ve learned. One thing is for sure – This isn’t the first stressful situation you’ve encountered – and it’s definitely not the last.

In this experiential workshop, Trish will teach the keys to develop the mindset to thrive, no matter what life throws us. You’ll learn and practice research based, practical mindfulness techniques to be more resilient, and take care of yourself especially during difficult seasons in life. When you learn the mindset to thrive, you can weather any storm that comes your way.

Facilitator – Trish Tutton, Speaker & Mindfulness Teacher

The Tri-County Staff Training and Development Committee is established to identify staff training needs of Ministry of Community, Family and Children’s Services funded agencies serving individuals with developmental disabilities. The purpose of the committee is to compliment current staff training efforts of the individual agencies. Given the limited funds designated for staff training needs, the committee endeavours to facilitate Tri-County workshops to meet this end. The committee also works with Community Planning committees in the Tri-County area to support community development and educational workshops. This committee is supported by the Ministry of Community, Family and Children’s Services, Windsor Area Office.
