Overview

A special 10-week online program offered January 12 to March 23.

Jaisa Sulit has 21 years of experience as a neuro-rehab occupational therapist and 16 years as a person living with a spinal cord injury. Jaisa's healing journey has led her to become a medical qigong practitioner and certified teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. She is a co-instructor for the "Foundations in Neurology for OT course" at the University of Toronto and author of "Purpose in Paralysis: From Chronic Pain to Universal Gain."
