Interested in learning more about mindfulness? Thinking about developing a daily mindfulness practice?Join us every 4th Monday at 11:30 am.
This is a monthly, online, drop in group (via Zoom). Facilatators will lead participants through a mindfulness exercise and facilitate a discussion about various aspsects of mindfulness and mindfulness practice. Join us if you want to be more present, calmer and centered as you move through your life and the world!
The zoom link will be sent tp participants the day before the event.
