Overview

Bimaadiziwin - living the good life. Each session will focus on different Anishinaabe teachings.

In the 5th session, Friday January 16th from 2-6pm, we will reconnect with the original foundations of Indigenous well-being: sovereignty, family systems, and communal responsibility. We will explore how traditional governance, kinship networks, and collective identity supported balance and healing, and reflect on how rebuilding these foundations today strengthens identity, family, and community wellness.

A reminder of how to walk the path of Mino-Bimaadiziwin (The Good Life)
