Monday Night Flow & Restore - 75 Minute Yoga Class at Davisburg Hall
Overview
🧘♀️ Monday Night Flow & Restore
75-Minute In-Person Yoga Class | Davisburg Community Hall
This class is designed to help you transition out of your day and into your evening — without crashing on the couch or carrying tension into the rest of your week.
We start slow to ease you in, gradually build strength, mobility, and balance, and then intentionally wind things down so you leave feeling relaxed, steady, and reset.
It’s a smart, feel-good flow that works for real bodies and real lives — welcoming, educational, and never intimidating.
What to Expect
✔ A Thoughtfully Built Flow
We move with purpose. You’ll warm up gradually, build energy and strength, and then slow things down so your body actually absorbs the benefits.
✔ Practical, Helpful Cues
I’ll explain what we’re doing and why — simple insights that help you move better, feel stronger, and understand your body.
✔ A Calm, Grounded Finish
The class ends with supported poses and a guided relaxation to help you release the day and settle into your evening.
✔ In-Person Experience Only
This class is not recorded — it’s a fully in-the-room experience, designed to be felt rather than filmed.

A Quick Note About Membership (Davisburg Classes)
Because these classes are held at the Davisburg Community Hall, participants are required to be members of the Davisburg Community Association.
The good news?
The membership is just $20 per year for an entire family, and it supports the upkeep of this beautiful local space. Most people already spend more than that on one coffee date — so it’s a small add-on that helps keep community programs like this running.
Membership is arranged directly through the Davisburg Community Association and is separate from class registration.
Class Details:
📅 Date: Thursdays, January 15 - May 21, 2026🕒 Time: 11:00 am - 12:30 pm📍 Location: Davisburt Community Hall, DeWinton
💰 Investment: Simple, Flexible, and Worth It
I like to keep pricing straightforward and fair — with options depending on how you want to show up.
- $18 per class when you register for 8 weeks
- $16 per class when you commit to the full session
- $20 drop-in, space permitting
Committing ahead saves you money and secures your spot — especially helpful for smaller, community-based classes like this.
