Event description

Are you tired and exhausted with a baby who doesn't sleep well?

If you have a baby who is between the ages of 4 – 18 months that is:

* Waking several times a night.
* Not going back to sleep easily after a night waking.
* Taking a long time to fall asleep at bedtime.
* Taking short naps or not napping at all.
* Dependent on the use of motion, feeding or sleeping with you to fall or stay asleep.

You can give your baby the gift of sleep!

With new sleep techniques at your disposal you can:

* Teach him to fall asleep easily at bedtime and achieve long stretches of night time sleep, while maintaining appropriate night time feedings.
* Take long restful naps during the day.
* Teach her to sleep well and independently without being reliant on bouncing, rocking or feeding to sleep.

Do you want a plan that will help you get results (like more sleep for everyone)?

Join me for my Virtual Sleep Workshop via Zoom on Friday, April 7, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

What's included:

1. A detailed group consultation to review two effective sleep plans. Choose which one is best suited to your child!
2. Tools to successfully help your baby form independent sleep habits now.
3. Strategies to fully support and reassure your child through every step while you help him to successfully sleep on his own.
4. Solutions to end night time sleep problems and achieve regular consolidated naps during the day.
5. Open Q&A to answer any of your sleepy questions.
6. Access to an exclusive FaceBook group following the workshop. This will be a place to receive continued support as you provide your child with independent sleep skills.

This workshop works best in a small intimate setting so that everyone will learn everything that they need to know to feel prepared to implement the sleep plan. There are just 4 spots available.
Click here to reserve yours and receive the Early Bird rate of $97 until March 17, 2017. Regular registration price is $125 after March 17, 2017.

Most parents would agree that sleep deprivation is one of the most challenging aspects of parenthood. As a Certified Sleep Sense™ Consultant I have had the privilege of working with over 100 families across Canada to help parents resolve their children's sleep problems once and for all. This allows children and entire family to be rested, healthier and at their best!

What have other parents said after attending a Sound Of Sleep workshop?

" You will not regret the decision to get some rest by way of working with Diane. Diane pinpointed a few minor tweaks and on Day 2 our son went from 1-2 night wakings to sleeping through the night. He also went from taking multiple short naps to two long restful naps. It has been over a month with no looking back. I can't tell you how wonderful I feel to be rested and the difference this has made for our family. Even grandparents comment on how easy it is to put our son to sleep allowing us a night out to ourselves every once in awhile. Diane is gentle and realistic and most importantly you get the feeling that she genuinely wants to help. One last thing, this past weekend I heard my husband (who was a self admitted "sleep consultant skeptic") tell a friend that Diane was "totally worth it, every penny." Thanks again Diane." -The H Family-
