  • This class is hosted in a public space at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. All patients, families, and community members are welcome.
  • There is a large, floor to ceiling digital artwork in the space that some people with sensory sensitivies find challenging. The overhead lights are kept off which increases the saturation of the digital colours in the artwork.
  • There are large floor to ceiling windows that look onto Queen street. The blinds are kept open for Tai Chi sessions.
  • There are chairs available for people who need to practice seated.
  • Please contact PFLS@camh.ca with any additional accessibility requests or questions.

*This is an in person session at 1025 Queen Street West in Toronto, Ontario.
