Make your own mozzarella, burrata, and bocconcini in 30 minutes! This is a demonstration-style, taste, touch and feel class where we will be making and eating the mozzarella we make in class. Cultures and instructions to make over 4 lbs at home are included.

Students must register in advance. All supplies included. No experience necessary. You will take home cheese made in class, plus a kit to make more at home!
