When we experience or anticipate loss, it is difficult being merry at Christmas. At this time of the year, we might ask “How will I actually feel when Christmas arrives?" "Will others understand, what I am going through?" "Are the holidays changed forever?" As Catholics, we are reminded of the yearly seasonal message of Advent… “It’s not too late!” In this seminar, we will explore ways to better prepare ourselves mentally, practically, as well as spiritually. Though the “reason for the season” may be different this year; in adapting and adjusting, YOU still can have hope throughout the holidays.
