We will begin with an eye-closing, free-flow expression through Ecstatic Dance. The focus is not on how well we dance, but on surrendering to the moment—feeling the joy and freedom within the body. Followed by Meditation, Hypnotherapy and Sound Bath to immerse you in high-vibrational healing frequencies and possibly a meditative state. Concluded by resting in the Perfect Peace, Joy, and Infinite Silence of pure awareness.
