Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Summerhill Pyramid Winery with an evening of incredible food, organic wine and a fantastic venue overlooking Okaganan Lake.

Join us for a three-course New Year’s Eve dinner, complete with a welcome glass of Cipes Brut, beautifully decorated space, and a festive atmosphere to close out 2025.

Three-Course Menu — $95/person (plus fees and tax)

Starter: Beet & goat cheese salad or lobster + crab bisque

Main: Braised short rib, salmon, or cauliflower steak with zucchini purée, chimichurri, citrus arugula + candied seeds

Dessert: Chef’s choice
