NonViolent Crisis Intervention (WEST) Blended format

This training is open only to Mental Health & Addiction Staff within Health PEI unless otherwise stated.

This course is a certified training program provided by the Crisis Prevention Institute to professionals, to promote the best possible care, welfare, safety and security to everyone involved in crisis situations. There will be an emphasis on listening skills, communication and decision making skills used to decelerate/deescalate behavior.

**Training is cancelled if Provincial Government Offices are closed or delayed.**
