This free community session is an opportunity to experience that energy in action. You’ll move through a thoughtfully designed workout led by lululemon Ambassadors Darren, Jonady, and Brian, supported by a motivating, inclusive environment that welcomes all levels.
This session also serves as an introduction to an upcoming, structured training block hosted at Backyard for those interested in continuing the work beyond this one-off experience. You’ll leave with clarity on what consistent training can look like, and how community helps make it sustainable.
Come as you are. Train where you are. Progress happens when you commit to the process.
