Nourish with intention, move with purpose - an afternoon of yoga, aerial yoga and gourmet food on Toronto Island

Nourish with Intention. Move with Purpose.

Step away from the noise and into nature for a 3-hour escape that’s all about you—your breath, your body, and your well-being. We’ll start with a yoga class under a canopy of trees, surrounded by fresh air and the calming sounds of the island.

After practice there will be an opportunity to try out one of our 3 aerial yoga hammocks. Completely optional but available if you want to play!

After moving your body and clearing your mind, you’ll sit down to a beautiful two-course nutritionist deisigned and chef prepared meal. It’s wholesome, delicious, and exactly what your body craves.


This is your time to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and share space with a small group of like-minded people who value wellness, intention, playfulness and joy.

Facilitator

Sierra Day is a Culinary Nutritionist and seasoned yogini with 17 years of experience. Trained in India, the Canary Islands, and Canada, she is a certified yoga instructor in Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial Yoga and Yoga Nidra as well as a certified mat Pilates instructor (PMI).

Sierra has over 17 years of experience in the culinary industry, working at a variety of roles at numerous restaurants, and most recently developed the menu for Impact Kitchen, a local health food restaurant chain.

Equipped with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition and Food, a Certificate in Culinary Arts and actively pursuring a Dipoloma in Holistic Nutrition, she runs Toronto Island Oasis, an open-air yoga centre offering enriching classes, retreats, rentals, catering and nutritional services to the local community.

Arrival

Guests will take the 10:30am ferry to Wards Island. As guests disembark, they will be guided on a short tour over to Toronto Island Oasis.

11:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Intention + Breath

Guests will gather to connect and set intentions for the day and from there we will transition into a guided meditation and pranayama to ready the mind and body for movement.

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Nourishing Vinyasa

Designed to gently awaken your body, calm your mind, and ground your energy. Through fluid, breath-led movement and intentional sequencing, you'll move at a supportive pace—building strength, releasing tension, and creating space within. Expect a blend of gentle flow, deep stretches, and moments of stillness to leave you feeling centered, open, and deeply nourished from the inside out.
