🎊 New Year’s Eve can feel like a gamble. Overcrowded rooms. Rushed dinners. Loud spaces where conversation disappears and the night starts feeling more stressful than celebratory.

Sips & Skewers is for those who want something different.

This is a New Year’s Eve designed for couples, friends, and groups who want great food, excellent drinks, and a space that feels intentional without feeling stiff. Somewhere you can dress up a little, settle in, laugh loudly, and still feel like you’re actually celebrating.

No scrambling for reservations. No packed dance floors you can’t move through. Just a room with energy, good people, and the kind of night that unfolds naturally.

Expect bold flavors, polished service, curated music, and a vibe that builds as the night goes on. At midnight, we’ll mark the moment with a balloon drop, Veuve Clicquot champagne in hand, and a special surprise waiting for a few lucky guests.

• Your choice of two skewers or enoki mushrooms
• A midnight toast with Veuve Clicquot champagne
• Entry to our midnight balloon drop, including a hidden golden envelope
• Late night access to Siu Yeh until 2am, regardless of what Eventbrite shows

Non-alcoholic bubbles are available upon request in place of champagne. If you prefer a non-alcoholic option for the midnight toast, please email us in advance at siuyehyeg@gmail.com so we can prepare accordingly.

🪩 Music & atmosphere

DJ YUU is spinning for NYE so expect music that feels social, upbeat, and celebratory. The kind that lets you talk, move, sip, and stay longer than you planned.

That said, it can get loud in here. This is a lively, high energy room as the night builds, not background music at dinner.

This is not a club night. It’s a New Year’s Eve where the music lifts the energy without taking over the experience.

🍴 What we’re serving

We’re running a limited New Year’s Eve menu built for speed, snacks, and flavor. Everything is designed to move with the night and pair well with drinks, conversation, and staying longer than expected.

🍾 Plan ahead for bottles

If you would like champagne or prosecco at your table, pre ordering is strongly recommended.

Bottle quantities are limited and New Year’s Eve moves fast. Pre ordering is the best way to ensure your table has exactly what you want when the countdown hits. Glass pours and bottles may be available the night of only if inventory allows.
