OFFSITE is a leadership event series hosted in unique venues around the Okanagan. It is designed for founders and growth-stage leaders who want to step away from the day-to-day, recalibrate their leadership, and return to work with clarity and momentum. 

This upcoming edition will feature a curated mix of facilitated sessions, founder-led conversations, and intentional time for connection. Creating space for honest reflection and real insight alongside peers who understand the journey.
