This class is located in Burnaby on East Hastings StreetHands on we learn the art of braising, in addition we will make mussels, souffle and accompaniments. A delicious night of Gallic flavour.

Moules a la Normande

With mussels, lardons and white wine

Soufflé au Fromage

With eggs, comté cheese, mesclun greens and sourdough

Boeuf Bourguignon

With onion, carrots, wine, potato purée and vegetables of the season

Veggie subs always available

To register for this class please click on buy tickets you can pay with PayPal or credit card. Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-7737829 Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive credit for future class, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.

Free parking opens up on Hasting at 6pm there is a multi parking lot next to Tim Hortons. Please arrive no earlier than this time.. Any inquiries can also be directed to info@keyexperiences.ca.
