The internet has become an incredible tool for connecting with others, whether through social media and video games. However, it’s important to be careful, we might find ourselves in trouble! Discover the ways in which social media can impact your mental well-being and how to keep yourself safe while you’re having fun online.

Privacy Protection

  • Terms of Service/Agreement on social media platforms

  • Conversations with strangers.
  • Resources

Recommended for Grades 5 – 9

Students will understand the impact of social media on mental health, identify strategies to manage screen time, recognize privacy risks, and learn how to stay safe and responsible online.
