Discover the ways in which social media can impact your mental well-being and how to keep yourself safe while you’re having fun online.

Recommended for Grades 5 – 9
Students will understand the impact of social media on mental health, identify strategies to manage screen time, recognize privacy risks, and learn how to stay safe and responsible online.
