Online Weekly Womb Circle
Overview
This is a recurring, women-only online circle focused on womb healing — a body-based approach to emotional processing, self-connection, and restoration.
What is womb healing?
Womb healing is a practice that supports women in reconnecting with the pelvic and lower abdominal area as a center of emotional memory, intuition, creativity, and regulation. This space often holds stress, unprocessed emotion, boundaries issues, life transitions, reproductive experiences, and inherited patterns that impact how we feel in our bodies and how we move through the world.
Rather than talking about healing, this circle focuses on experiencing it through the body — using gentle, guided practices that help release tension, increase awareness, and rebuild a sense of safety and relationship with the body over time.
Womb healing is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about learning to listen, respond, and care for yourself more intentionally.
Themes We Explore
Across weekly circles, we explore themes such as:
- Safety and nervous-system regulation
- Emotional awareness and release
- Boundaries and self-trust
- Creativity, expression, and voice
- Relationship with the body and womb
- Pleasure, vitality, and life force
- Inherited and conditioned patterns
- Integration and self-care
Each session offers a different entry point, while maintaining a consistent, supportive structure.
What to Expect in Each Circle
Each 30–45 minute circle may include:
- Grounding and collective breathing
- Hands-on womb and body awareness
- Gentle movement or somatic practices
- Creative expression (journaling, drawing, poetry)
- Guided self-touch or body-based practices (fully optional)
- Reflection and integration
All practices are consent-based and invitational. You are always encouraged to participate at your own pace.

Tala Muhtadi is a facilitator and founder of Talapatheia, with several years of experience leading workshops, retreats, weekly circles, and one-on-one sessions focused on body-based emotional processing and self-expression. Her approach is trauma-aware, consent-based, and grounded in creating safe, structured spaces for meaningful personal growth.
