Overview

A 2-week course that helps you build the clarity, confidence, and practical tools to self-advocate while navigating health, life, and work.

Own Your Voice: A 4-Week Journey to Courageous Self-Advocacy

Course Overview
Own Your Voice is a transformational 2 session experience that helps participants build the clarity, confidence, and real-world skills to self-advocate in healthcare, work, and everyday life.
Through guided reflection, practical tools, and courageous communication practices, participants learn how to recognize their needs, express them clearly, and create solutions through dialogue rather than conflict.

This is for you if...

  • You know what matters to you but struggle to express it in a way that feels clear or grounded.
  • You often put others’ needs ahead of your own and want to learn how to ask for support even when guilt or fear of conflict arises.
  • You’ve felt dismissed or misunderstood in healthcare, work, or personal situations and want tools to communicate your needs effectively.
  • You’re ready to build self-trust and learn how to hold steady when emotions arise during important conversations.
  • You want a step-by-step approach to self-advocacy that feels both practical and empowering. Something you can use in real life, not just reflect on.

By the end of the program, you will be able to:

  • Identify and articulate your needs through emotional, physical, and intuitive awareness
  • Communicate those needs with clarity, compassion, and confidence
  • Build boundaries that protect your energy and values while maintaining connection
  • Engage in conversations that invite collaboration and understanding
  • Develop a personalized approach to self-advocacy you can apply across life and work

Whether you’re navigating health systems, workplace environments, relationships, or personal growth, you’ll gain tools that help you move from silence to self-expression, from reaction to aligned action.
