All painting supplies: canvas, paint, brushes, palette, 1.5 hour guided painting session. Followed by1.5 hour sauna and cold plunge at Good Sauna

What do I need to bring?

Bring a swim suit, towel, water, and warm layers for the relaxation cycle period. Sliders/flip flop sandals are mandatory on the pavement areas.

How long is the recommended hot/cold cycle?

We recommended giving yourself a test round. Be bold start cold with a cold plunge for 5-10 seconds, warm up in the sauna for 5-15 minutes and then take some rest time by the fire for 10-15 minutes and repeat. Increase your cold plunge time to 1-2 minutes on the next round if possible.
