🌙 You’re Invited to a Sleep and Bedtime Routine Workshop! 💤
On Wednesday, January 14th from 5–6 PM, children aged 3–6 years and their parents or caregivers are invited to attend a Sleep and Bedtime Routine Information Session. This workshop is being led by Western University Occupational Therapy students in collaboration with Families First.
Getting enough sleep is essential for young children’s growth, learning, emotional regulation, and overall well being. Bedtime routines can be challenging for many families, especially when busy schedules get in the way. This session is designed to share practical and realistic strategies to support healthy sleep routines in everyday family life.
✨ What to expect:
- • Child friendly activities and a hands on bedtime routine craft
- Parent education on why sleep matters for children aged 3–6,How consistent routines support better sleep and sleep tips.
- A calm wind down story time
- Snacks and free book provided
Families will also receive take-home resources to support bedtime routines at home, and each child will leave with a storybook to help continue practicing healthy sleep habits.
