Ready to go beyond the basics? Our Intermediate Level Park Tool School course is designed for riders who already handle simple tune-ups and want to confidently tackle deeper, more technical repairs. Whether you’re maintaining your own fleet or aiming to save time and money on shop visits, this hands-on class gives you the skills—and the confidence—to do it right.
What You’ll Learn
Over the duration of the course, participants will dive into essential mid-level service procedures, including:
- Drivetrain diagnostics & service
Chain wear assessment, cassette removal/installation, derailleur alignment, and precise shifting adjustments. - Brake systems
Mechanical brake setup and tuning, rotor truing, pad replacement, and troubleshooting common braking issues. - Wheel work
Basic wheel truing techniques, tension checks, and rim evaluation. - Bearing systems
Bottom bracket, headset, and hub inspection, servicing, and replacement fundamentals. - Pro tips & best practices
Correct tool usage, torque guidelines, parts identification, and maintenance intervals.
