What’s in it for you?
Of course, we want you to come and experience this space. But, most of all, we want you to come and meet the teams with the expertise, support, and systems to accelerate and elevate the way you approach your work in the BC Public Service.
For this second installment, you will learn about the evolution of the Lab and then be taken on a guided tour that shines the spotlight on the following teams:
- The Digital Academy team helps you advance your career by providing key learning pathways to keep you apprised of the latest digital and Agile developments.
- The Digital Talent team is working to upend digital talent hiring in government by creating a streamlined process for both recruitment and candidates alike.
- The Digital Delivery Consulting and Coaching team provides expertise and support on your Agile journey. They help you set organizational and Agile goals and showcase how working in an experimental environment leads to success.
What is the Exchange Lab?
Since its inception in 2015, the Exchange Lab (the Lab) has been an experimental environment that supports teams and organizations as they build and implement digital services.
The Lab is a place to bring innovation and leave with a creation. We help remove barriers and create the capability to accelerate better service delivery to respond to the needs of British Columbians in the digital era.
The Lab’s philosophy is that we listen, learn, iterate and pivot based on your sage feedback and comments. Your perspective guides our next steps, and we can’t wait to see where you will take us.
Collider Part 1 - Feedback
