By the end of the session, you will have more clarity and confidence about the part you can play and feel inspired to take active steps forward.

We will follow the transformational spiral model used in the interactive small-group sessions from the Active Hope Training (as part of The Work that Reconnects) of Dr Joanna Macy and Dr Chris Johnstone. This experience will help you restore your sense of connection with yourself, others and the world as a whole.
