How long is the event?

It is 2 complete hours of personal connection time. Try to allocate the time so you don't feel any rush to leave. The key is to be present with yourself

You can etransfer to spalady4@gmail.com if you have been to a previous event, your price drops to $55 each time after your first session. Our goal with PRU is that you find us as your monthly reset, so we want to make this event as affordable as possible

What do I need to bring?

Yourself and anything you love to make you feel connected to your highest vibe. We have all of the mats, bolsters and blankets that you could use, and the headsets and blindfolds are provided for you. Perhaps your journal, and a bit of liquid. email any questions to spalady4@gmail.com

What if I have never done breath work before

No problem, this is a very easy to follow pattern of breath and I will guide you in session. It is purposefully available to all experience levels. Breath is very powerful and doesn't require the session to feel intense.
