Gain the skills and tools to confidently guide each step of the performance review process, from planning and documentation to delivering feedback and setting development goals.
Through real-life scenarios, hands-on activities, and thoughtful reflection, you will learn how to create reviews that are constructive, collaborative, and grounded in clarity and care—helping both employees and organizations grow.

- Learn how to prepare for and deliver performance reviews that are clear, specific, and rooted in both measurable outcomes and human skills.
- Practice conducting performance conversations, navigating differing perspectives, and building development plans using SMART goals.
- Understand the importance of documentation, feedback loops, and follow-through as part of a consistent, effective performance management cycle.
