What to Expect:

Each 2 hour session will be a combination of education and movement:

Part 1: Perimenopause Education with Dr. Brittany Jeffries, ND
Learn how hormonal changes impact your body, energy, recovery, and more. Each week, we’ll focus on a different aspect of perimenopause and how lifestyle, including fitness, can support your long-term health.

Part 2: Strength Training with Dr. Annelies Wentzel, DC
Dr. Wentzel will guide you through foundational strength training exercises, modifications for your individual needs, and practical tips to feel more confident at the gym or when working out at home. All levels are welcome, and no prior gym experience is required.

This workshop is designed to help you understand how your body is changing during perimenopause and how to support those changes with the right kind of movement. In the education portion, you’ll learn about hormones, muscle and joint health, energy, sleep, stress, and how all of these are impacted during perimenopause. You'll walk away with practical tools, insights, and strategies to help you feel more in control and confident in your body. The movement portion will help you build strength, learn proper form, and feel more at ease in the gym or at home. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with other women who are navigating similar experiences in a supportive and empowering environment.
