Persian Shab-e Yalda Class

Join the F45 North York Community in celebrating Shab-e Yalda on December 20th! We will be hosting an F45 class starting at 3pm sharp followed by Hafez's Reading and Fortune (Fal-e Hafez). We will also have Yalda related snacks, fruits, and drinks.

Shab-e Yalda, also known as the longest night of the year, is an ancient Iranian celebration. It usually takes place on the longest night of the year in the Northern Hemisphere, around late December. Iranians gather together, read poetry by Hafez, and enjoy seasonal fruits and nuts.
