• WEEKLY SKILLS WORKSHOP (2h): Technical training on Podcasting platforms (Spotify, Soundtrap) and core creative components / skills needed to build a succesful on going podcast (Show Format, Guest / Co-host options, Sound Design, Audio Editing, Hardware Options, Graphic Design, Social Media)

• 2 x "TEAM" WORK SESSIONS (3h): Guided group work sessions that lean into the power of community, to help everyone show up and actually work on building their podcast brand every single week, using the skills / lessons learned during the skill building workshop sessions. (one session on the 1st Thursday of the month, a second session during dedicated class-time)

• CREATIVE "TEAM" MEETINGS: We will work together as a team to address and source solutions for your unique challenges, using the collective hive mind of the entire class

• "YOUnique" 1 ON 1 COACHING: During each work session week, you will get 15 to 30 minutes of 1-on-1 coaching with the instructor, for YOUnique help with Project Management, Creative Tasks, and Mental Health / Motivational support.

• Thursday T.E.A.M WORK Sessions*: 6:30–9:00pm (Jan 15 & 29, 2026)
• * = NOTE: alumni are welcome to attend every 1st and 3rd Thursday session, for an additional 3 months after their 4-week course has been completed!
• Duration: 4 weeks (January 2026 semester)
• Format: 100% Online (Google Meet link provided after registration...on the day of each class)
• Cohort Size: Max 8 students per group (intimate, interactive learning).

You will still be able to participate in the T.E.A.M. WORK / MEETING sessions, BUT will not be able to actively get help for your specific business / project from the community during those times.
