Robin Young, founder of Robin’s Nest Family Care, is a movement specialist whose journey began with sports-related back pain. Now an Osteopathy practitioner and Kinesiologist, she helps others move better, heal faster, and stay active for life.

Steph is a birth doula, perinatal educator, and mom of four. As a core and pelvic floor specialist, she blends real-life movement with compassionate care to support pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery—empowering families every step of the way.
