SOMA Breath Journeys are immersive experiences combining:

  • body movement and tapping to release tension;
  • guided meditation and visualisations for inspriation and transforming repeated negative thinking and beliefs that keep you stuck;
  • specially-crafted music and sound tracks for breathing in beats and inspiration; and
  • breathing techniques based on ancient pranayama and modern science-based studies that restore calm to your nervous system, heal you at the cellular level, and create a state of mind and body that allows you to transcend your limiting beliefs, clear emotional blockages, and re-establish clarity and authenticity with your self.

👤 About Your Guide – Sara | Solasta Spirit Collective

Sara is a certified SOMA Breath® Instructor, and founder of Solasta Spirit Collective. She worked for many years in environmental research and consulting. Today, Sara's purpose has shifted inward to support and guide breathwork journeys and workshops so others can experience the transformative healing power of the breath.

Her journey into breathwork began after reading Breath by James Nestor - becoming fascinated by the science of breath and its roots in ancient pranayama. Through daily SOMA Breath practice, she has experienced a more regulated nervous system, deep emotional healing, and the release of fears and limiting beliefs that held her back for years.

Sara has studied with Niraj Naik and SOMA Breath Master Transformational Coaches at the Foundational Teacher Training in Ibiza, and the Advanced Teacher Training in Austria. She is passionate about sharing this practice by guiding others on their own awakening journeys — helping them unlock their inner peace, mental clarity, vitality, and emotional regulation through the power of your breath.
