Join us for an empowering workout session at Placemade Private Personal Training Studio! This class is open to all levels and is perfect for people who are looking to learn more about fitness, how to use weights, and meet new people.
This specific class with Furkan will be focusing on doing two of the main exercises Squat and Deadlift. Train and learn how to measure your capabilities, review your form, and get tips to lift weights with intention.
Capacity is limited to 6. That means your trainer can truly watch your form, coach your technique, and support you throughout the session. We focus on proper mechanics, correct form, and high-quality reps, not just sweating. This is a unique micro-group class, and you should definitely give it a try!
