Rahma as Radical Resistance - Healing Circle

By Sisters Dialogue

Overview

Healing Circle for Muslim Women and Girls

We invite Muslim women and girls to gather in the heart of winter for our annual healing circle. This is a warm space to slow down, breathe, and refill your cup when the world feels harsh and overwhelming.

This year’s theme, Rahma as Radical Resistance, looks at compassion as a grounding practice. We will explore how empathy and mercy equip us to deal with a world that can feel exhausting and dehumanising. Together, we will name what we carry, reflect on how we show up for ourselves and others, and consider what it means to hold on to care in difficult times.

We will close with a creative activity that invites expression, reflection, and connection. You will leave with something meaningful you shaped with your own hands, a reminder of your voice and your resilience.
