This 3.5-hour virtual soul retreat takes place on Friday, January 2nd, from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM EST. You’ll have time to go deep, reflect, and reconnect — without needing to rearrange your whole life. Please check the start time in your local time zone (PST, MST, CST, etc.).

Not even close. This is an interactive, soul-nourishing retreat. You’ll be doing the inner work during our time together — with my live guidance, journaling, gentle movement, and community support.
