Reflective Seeing is a guided reflective photography experience that helps you pause, observe, and reconnect with yourself.
No photography skills needed — just bring your phone and curiosity. You’ll walk through and capture moments that draw your attention, and explore what these images reveal about your inner world.
We’ll end with a gentle sharing circle to reflect on your insights. A calm, creative, and meaningful way to spend time with yourself and others.
