A gentle women's retreat to lift low mood, restore your energy, and feel more alive.

Rekindle Your Spark is a nurturing yet gently activating retreat designed for women experiencing low mood, emotional heaviness, or a sense of disconnection from themselves.

Through a supportive blend of yoga, breathwork, voice activation, mindful movement, creativity, and mindfulness, this experience helps you mobilize stagnant energy, awaken motivation, and reconnect with your inner vitality.

This retreat isn’t about forcing energy or “pushing yourself.”
It’s about being held, awakening slowly, and allowing your spark to return in its own time.

Over the course of the retreat, you will:

🌿 Move with nourishment and activation
Compassionate yoga and somatic movement both soothe your system and gently mobilize the body—helping shift emotional stagnation and build a sense of internal momentum.

🫁 Breathe to re-energize and regulate
Guided breathwork supports emotional balance, mental clarity, and a natural increase in energy as your nervous system recalibrates.

🎤 Free your voice and awaken inner fire
Soft vocal toning and sound activation stimulate the vagus nerve, open emotional pathways, and help ignite confidence and internal activation.

🎨 Create to spark joy and expression
Accessible creative practices help you reconnect with play, possibility, and your own inner wisdom—energizing the parts of you that may feel dormant.

Meditation and somatic reflection bring spaciousness, awareness, and a deeper sense of self-connection.

Feel held, mobilized, and renewed

* journal & pen

* snacks (tea and snacks will be available; however, please feel free to bring your own)

Bolsters, blankets, mats, and yoga props are provided at the studio. Feel free to bring your own if you wish.

YOUR FACILITATOR:

Tina Pomroy M.Ed. (Counselling Psychology), MBA, CMEC, RYT200

Tina is a 200-hour certified Hatha Yoga teacher with numerous additional yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and mental health trainings, including a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology. She is a Certified Mastermind Executive Coach, has completed Usui Reiki Level I & II, is currently studying somatic healing, and is expecting to receive her Canadian Certified Counsellor designation by 2026. Tina has been teaching yoga and meditation and facilitating retreats and wellness programs for over 10 years.
