Nope! This workshop is designed for both individuals and couples. You’ll get powerful insights and tools whether you're attending alone or with a partner.

This is not a lecture or social event—it’s an interactive learning experience. Expect a mix of guided exercises, tools, relational insights, and reflective prompts to help you shift the way you show up in relationships.

4️⃣ Will I have to share personal details with the group?

Not at all. You’re welcome to participate at your own comfort level. There will be opportunities for self-reflection and optional discussion, but no one is expected to share personal details if they don’t want to.

Just yourself, an open mind, a journal, and a water bottle. If you like to be extra cozy, feel free to bring a blanket or cushion.

The workshop takes place in Victoria's Fernwood neighbourhood. The exact location and details will be sent to you a week before the event.

To keep this experience intimate and impactful, space is limited to just 6 participants.

Accepted Answer

Tickets are refundable up to 14 days before the event.  If you need to cancel after that, you may transfer/gift it to a friend. Just email theluanarose@gmail.com in advance so I can change the name.

9️⃣ Will Hope, the dog assistant, be there?

Yes! ? Hope, Luana’s Labernese co-facilitator, will be present, offering silent emotional support and the occasional tail wag. If you have any concerns about dogs, let us know in advance.
