Here's what you need:

  • Quiet space to lie down (no distractions).
  • Loose, comfortable clothing.
  • Avoid food 60-30 minutes prior (no big meals, light snacks & water is ok).
  • Set up your blanket, pillow, journal, eye covering (optional), and headphones (good headphones make the practice more potent).
  • Camera on for personalized coaching.
  • A candle and a safe way to burn a piece of paper.
