Rest + Restore: A Winter Sound Bath at the Red Barn
Overview
As the darker, colder days of winter linger, Rest & Restore: A Winter Sound Bath at the Red Barn offers a supportive space to gently lift the winter blues and reconnect with a sense of warmth and nourishment.
Guided by Becca of Berkana Song Wellness, this immersive sound bath weaves together the healing resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. As sound vibrations move gently through the body, they invite release where it’s needed, helping you ground, settle, and return to your natural rhythm.
This experience offers a pause from the busyness of everyday life, a chance to melt away tension and seasonal heaviness, and to rest in stillness. Through intentional listening and embodied presence, you’ll be guided into a state of calm where the body can unwind and the mind can quiet.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, replenished, and gently restored, carrying a sense of clarity and spaciousness with you beyond the session. This is an evening to receive, to slow down, and to honor rest as an essential part of your well-being.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and bolster or second pillow for under your knees(**This is important for your comfort as you will be laying on the floor for over an hour), water bottle, eye pillow/eyemask for added darkness if you prefer.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. The Doors will be closed at 7:00PM sharp, and any late arrivals will not be permitted to attend.
There is plenty of free parking at the Red Barn
***You may also e-transfer $30.00 to avoid Eventbrite fees - this can be sent to berkanasong@gmail.com. Please make sure to include your email in the notes.***
If cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out for a subsidized ticket. These community-focused sound baths are meant to be accessible to anyone in need of a little self-care.
