We explore calming practices such as mindfulness meditation, self-compassion and gentle reflection that transitions you into deep, delicious sleep.
This space is suitable for all levels and can support you in a regular practice held in community. (If you’re feeling bubbles of excitement in your chest or saying: ‘This sounds amazing!’, then this is for you.)
