Join us for a deeply restorative one-day retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect with nature, and reset your energy. Together we’ll move through a thoughtfully curated flow of hiking, heat, cold, nourishment, stretching, and stillness. You'll give your mind and body a full-spectrum reset.

Your retreat experience includes:

  • A guided hike to ground into the landscape (1.5 hour, beginner friendly)
  • Sauna session + cold lake plunge to refresh your system and awaken clarity
  • A nourishing dinner in a lakeside cabin
  • Deep stretch yoga to release tension and create spaciousness
  • Relaxation meditation to close the day with softness and presence

Created to be accessible and restorative, this retreat is ideal for anyone looking to reset, reconnect, and leave feeling refreshed.
