Join us for a deeply restorative one-day retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect with nature, and reset your energy. Together we’ll move through a thoughtfully curated flow of hiking, heat, cold, nourishment, stretching, and stillness. You'll give your mind and body a full-spectrum reset.
Your retreat experience includes:
- A guided hike to ground into the landscape (1.5 hour, beginner friendly)
- Sauna session + cold lake plunge to refresh your system and awaken clarity
- A nourishing dinner in a lakeside cabin
- Deep stretch yoga to release tension and create spaciousness
